Logistis:
Departure: Monday May 18 – 8:00am
Students should arrive between 7:20-7:45am
Entry is via the staff carpark pedestrian gate only
Return: Wednesday May 20 – 2:30pm
Students can be collected from their classrooms at 3:30pm
A guardian must make contact with a staff member before a student can be collected.
Consent:
Due April 30 at 9am – Due to the camp requiring all information to be submitted and processed, we are unable to accept consent for camp after this date/time. If you have any issues with completing the consent forms on Compass please contact that office who will be able to advise and assist.
Medication/Dietary:
All medication must be handed to Heath the morning of Monday May 18 with the completed Medical Authority Form (your child can collect a printed copy from their teacher or it can be download below) with the appropriate AHPRA registered health/medical practitioner signature.
If these forms are not completed medication can not be taken and administered whilst on camp.
This is inclusive and not limited to items such as: panadol, nurofen, antihistamines, medicated creams/ointments ect. If you are unsure please contact the office for assistance.
All dietary requirements will be adhered to as per the information provided on the Compass Consent Form
Packing List:
Below is a digital copy of the packing list distributed to families last night.
Please label every single item that is being brought on camp.
Other Important Information:
- No electronics (phones, iPads, smart watches, cameras ect) are to be brought to camp
- Other than recess and lunch for the first day, no additional food is to be brought to camp (packets of lollies ect). This is to ensure that dietary requirements are met and adherd to.
- All deodorant should be roll on. There is to be no aerosole cans of any kind brought on camp as this can interfere with the smoke detectors
- All valuable items should be left at home to avoid loss or damage
- Due to the nature of the activities it is recommended that jewellery, where possible be removed, including earrings. If for any reason you are unable to, this is ok, accomodations can be made to ensure students safety.
