At Mother Teresa, our Positive Behaviour Matrix serves as a guide that clearly outlines the expected behaviours for students across all areas of school life. It defines what Respect, Safety, and Resilience look like in different settings, during both learning and play. The School Values that underpin the Matrix, were identified and selected by our school community, including students, staff and our families.The Matrix helps everyone understand how to contribute to a positive and supportive school environment. It encourages students to make good choices, promotes consistency in behaviour expectations across the school, and fosters a culture of kindness, cooperation, and responsibility. Teachers use the Matrix to recognise and reinforce positive behaviours, ensuring every student feels valued, respected, and supported.
