Orientation Program

Our 2027 Orientation Program is detailed below:

Session 1 – Thursday 5th November 2026 – 9.15 till 10.30am
Session 2 – Thursday 12th November 2026 – 9.15 till 10.30am
Session 3 – Thursday 19th November 2026 – 9.15 till 10.30am
Session 4 – Thursday 26th November 2026 – 9.15 till 10.30am

On the day of the transition sessions, parents/carers are requested to bring their child five minutes before their session commences to the Prayer Space. Students and parents will be provided with a name badge at each session.

This allows us to get to know you and your child by name. It also helps you when meeting new parents for the first time.

The Foundation (Prep) teachers will collect the students from the prayer space at the
beginning of each session and take them to the classrooms. At the end of the session, your children will be walked back to the Prayer Space where you will be waiting.

Parent Learning & Social Opportunities

Whilst your child is attending the transition sessions, we will also provide information sessions for parents at the same time. Once children have moved to their classrooms, parents will stay in the prayer space as we go through important information with you. It is an expectation that parents/guardians remain for each session. This is also a wonderful opportunity to meet different members of our school’s leadership team as they will present key information to you.

Below is an outline of the sessions we will run for our parents, please note these are subject to change based on staff availability.
