Parent Helpers

Parent helpers play a vital role in supporting our school community. Whether assisting with reading groups, helping out on excursions, or lending a hand at sports carnivals and events.

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our students, all prospective volunteers need to complete a few simple onboarding steps before getting started:

  1. Hold a Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC): All helpers must possess a current Volunteer Working with Children Check. (If you don’t have one yet, applications can be lodged online free of charge for volunteers).

  2. Complete a Reference Check: In line with our child safety procedures, we will conduct a quick reference check prior to your first session.

  3. Complete the Volunteer Induction Training: Volunteers are required to complete the brief Induction Training, which covers essential safety guidelines and volunteer expectations.

Once these checks and training are complete, you’ll be ready to jump in and support our students!
